Kevin came home with a box of microwave pork rinds that he ordered through Amazon.com. These chicharrones were actually pretty good. It's too bad we didn't have any Salsa Valentina (Mexican hot sauce) to smother on them.Delia, did you know about these micowave chicharrones?
