Shot Day

I took the day off so that I could get my pain management shot. Why take the whole day off you might ask? Well, I am put under (so to speak) so that I don't feel the pain while I get the shots on my lower back. Kevin had to drive me because of the medication, and then I came home and slept so that the medication would eventually wear off.

I have been in a lot of pain tonight. My lower back is REALLY sore, and I am hoping that it goes away before tomorrow because I have to go to work.

Since I wasn't feelilng so well, Kevin went to Sonic & bought me a Cherry Limeade. I just LOVE Cherry Limades; they make everything a lot better.

Home at Last

After Tevis' birthday party on Saturday, we left and headed back to Georgia. We left at 1:39 p.m. and made it home at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. It was a LONG drive back. Originally, the plan was to drive as much as we could & then stop in either Mississippi or Alabama to sleep, but instead, we drove all night. So, on Sunday, we just rested the entire day. Later on in the evening, I worked on my blog because I am so behind & want to share some of the pictures with you all. Unfortunately, the pictures take way too long to upload and I had to stop to go to bed.


My, it was so nice to sleep in my bed. :)

Tevis' Birthday

Saturday, 28 November, was Tevis' 10th b-day. Here are some pics of the people who celebrated with him. After the party, we hit the road & headed to Georgia.
