Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I have been having pain on my right hand that seems to radiate all the way up my shoulder and into my upper back. I went to the doctor the other day, and he thought it was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, so now I have to wear a brace on m wrist, which seems to help some. I seem to think it comes from using the computer at work & at home so much, but I am not completely sure. It could come from the way I am sitting when I am at the computer too. I find it odd that it started about a week ago; it seemed to just come out of nowhere. I sure hope it goes away very soon because it's really hindering me from Facebooking, and it's starting to effect my desire to blog. :(
