Woohoo!! Megan & Nicole, like so many other children, we just ecstatic & elated today because it was their last day of school. As you might guess, they had a "play day" at school.....well, it wasn't a complete "play day" because they both had finals to take, and they actually HAD to go to school. Of course Kevin & I were heart broken because we had to spend the beginning of our four day weekend ALL ALONE. hehehe... :D
I actually got up early, walked 5 miles, showed & took the girls to school. So, what did Kevin & I do while they were at school?.......Hmmm.....Well, we did what any other parents would have done. We relaxed, enjoyed each others' company, and we went out for lunch by ourselves. After lunch, we relaxed some more, and then I went to pick the girls up from school. They were so happy. We had dinner & then packed for our upcoming trip.
i am so ready for summer. i'm tired and ready to get organized and in order and spend some down time with the kids. you have done such a good job with your blog Theresa...i am falling behind! help! lol.
